For all of our digital information products we offer these under the UK online selling act. When you buy a course will be sent an email containing details of how to access the content. In accordance with the online selling act, as soon as you complete the purchase of a digital product, you lose the ‘right to cancel’. This is because you are granted immediate access to the content to do as you wish with. This measure is in compliance with the current Office of Fair Trading acts. Refunds are provided on a two-quarter (6 months) performance-based basis for our Done With You setup only. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply our strategies. In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof in a viable and complete two-quarter format that represents you having undertaken the necessary work, made a concerted effort, digested the course contents in-full (100% video watch rate) and consistently and correctly implemented your chosen strategy or strategies across this time period. You must have applied all sales strategies over a 6 month period and show proof of contacted leads, emails sent and no less than £500 ad spend applied to paid advertising via google AdSense or YouTube advertising campaigns. You will also need to provide proof you have tracked sales and leads via a documented spreadsheet or via a profit and loss breakdown from an accountancy software i.e. Xero. Furthermore, you must have kept up with your payment plan and paid on the correct agreed month of the agreed payment plan. This measure is in-place to prevent piracy in the form of customers simply purchasing, digesting the information and claiming a refund.
If you are only utilising an organic approach for leads then we cannot offer a refund, but we will work with you 1-1 until you have generated £5,000 net profit on your investment if you have not made a profit after 6 months.
With our Done For You setup, we will also offer a guarantee, that if you don't make £5,000 on your investment within 16 weeks, we will personally work with you 1-1 until you do, however, we do not offer a refund on these services because of the time and resources that we have to apply to your new venture.

In consideration of the disclosure of confidential information contained herein by Rocal Digital LLC you, the receiving party, agree to undertake that you will keep all information contained herein strictly confidential and will not disclose any part of it to any other person or entity without the disclosing party’s prior written consent, will not use any part or the whole of the confidential information directly or indirectly for any purposes other than the permitted purpose without the express written consent of Rocal Digital LLC, will not express opinion via any online source or website in regard to the product whatsoever, and will use the same degree of care to protect the confidential information as it uses to protect it’s own confidential information, being at least a reasonable degree of care with defamation resulting in the immediate removal of product(s) from your account along with support access being restricted. Both apply on a permanent basis.
Payment will be taken from your credit / Debit card as agreed at the time of purchase. If payments are defaulted for any reason we will write to notify you, however we will remove you from our circulation list and product access will be suspended until such time further payments are received. Payments are handled on a secure site operated by either PayPal or Stripe, which are two of the largest on-line payment providers in the world.
In regards to deposits taken via a telephone or Zoom call with one of our success managers for a follow up call, these are fully-refundable as-per the ‘Deposit Protection Scheme’.
